Fingerprinting Card by wponsot 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Someone just called me about notarizing a fingerprint card for them. I seemed to recall seeing a fingerprint affidavit whereby the person was attesting that this was their thumb print and then it could be duly notarized. That was a few years ago, and never had call to find it again.
